Biography

Pastor Julius Abioye was born into the family of Chief and Mrs. Okeneye in Abeokuta, Ogun State Southwest Nigeria in the early sixties. Julius Abioye, the last child of his parents had his primary and post primary education in Abeokuta before proceeding to the popular Yaba College of Technology in Lagos where he earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in accounting and later added another professional certificate in ICAN (PE1) and Bachelor of Technology (Samuel Bible Institute, affiliated to EVANGELICAL TRAINING ASSOCIATION (USA).

Early Life & Career

After his graduation from the secondary school, he began his career as a clerical officer, rising to the position of Group Credit Control Manager with the Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) before his disengagement in 1997 to establish his personal business dealing on Diesel Oil and Kerosene and became the first Unit Secretary of the LAGOS STATE SURFACE DEALERS ASSOCIATIONS under the umbrella of NUPENG until year 2000.

Also at about this same period, he co-founded OKAY BUSINESS VENTURE and OKAY COMPUTERS dealing with training, supply and services of Computers. He had served on the board of a number of organizations among which is OKAY BUSINESS VENTURE where he was a co-founder and executive director. the hand of God upon his life became very evident and within a short period, he became one of the leaders of the house fellowship system later graduated to House Fellowship System Executives.

In his quest for spiritual growth, he attended the Church Bible College and became the Sunday School Superintendent of the church and the Vice Chairman, Church planning committee respectively. There he remained until 1995 when he left to join the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries. He knew about MFM for the first time in 1995 through one of the books written by the General Overseer, Dr. Daniel Olukoya titled PRAY YOUR WAY INTO BREAKTHROUGH

His Ministry

Pastor Julius Okeneye Started his Ministry in the Choir in Christ Apostolic Church. In MFM, as house fellowship leader years back before becoming an Area Leader in the same ministry. He became a deliverance Minster for 7 years at MFM Oworonshoki Branch before he was promoted to be a Branch Pastor at MFM Anifowoshe Ikeja then was promoted to a Zonal Pastor when he started MFM Seriki Aro Zonal Headquarters in Ikeja where he fulfilled the General Overseer 3-Ms Agenda with his Bi-Annual 7 weeks Evangelism Program.

After this powerful shaking of God’s transformation, he was transferred to MFM Lagos Island as a Zonal Pastor and within two years, God transformed Lagos Island to become a Regional Headquarters through the RE-ENERGIZED WORKFORCE REVIVAL FOR GREATER WORKS WHICH IS EVIDENT IN THE BUILDING CALLED THE TESTIMONY HOUSE. Pastor Okeneye is now today, the Overseer of MFM West Coastal Region, Ghana National Headquarters, Accra.

Pastor Mrs Okeneye is a Wife, Mother and a preacher of the Word.Though her father is a Christian and Elder at Saints James African Cathedral Church Abeokuta and loves to take her to the church, Her father was not a strong Christian but her mother is from CHRIST APOSTOLIC CHURCH back ground and this help her Christian life in no small measure.

In her early age the only place she found true joy is when she is in the church. Her love for church made her join the church choir at age of 5 when she was in the primary school. This made her develop spiritual growth early in life. she later join the GIRLS BRIGADE of the church and rose to the position of SECOND LIEUTERNANT.

She married Pastor Okeneye when she was still in Christ Apostolic Church and latter they move to Gospel Apostolic Church before they both finally Joined Mountain of Fire in 1995.
